Why does it seem that the USPS cashier give me attitude when I just want to send it parcel post?

Me: Whenever, just send it parcel please.
Cashier: Well, in 2 days it's $8 and in 7 days it's $6.
Me: Parcel post please.
Cashier: ..... (rolling eyes) ...

okkkk.... What did I do? I feel like I let her down. $8? That's 33% more!
I bet it's going to get there in 2 days anyway! It's very clever how they work us, the customer. There are no signs that advertise the first class/parcel post option. It's almost genius, but don't get mad at me if I know the secret to cheap shipping!

So many people doing nothing! like a million! It was nice we found parking at McDonalds. I offered a cop some McDonald Fries, and he graceful took some. He then said, "hey, go drink a jack daniels for me." with a disgruntled facial expression.

It pays off!

It pays off to work valet. $169 in tips today, and I got to drive this <-. It was getting pretty slow at around 10pm and this lambo pulls in all Loud waking up all the guests in the hotel! Only doorman usually get to drive the nice cars but this time he let me park it. It took me about 4 minutes to find reverse. The exhaust rumble is so extreme that my heart beat was altered!

Desperately looking for a job, I sent one my generic resume emails to a recruiting firm that was advertising for a HR Coordinator in Newport Beach. I thought about it and I thought I could just live a Joe's house. I told him about it and he had to make sure it was alright with Jamie. Thinking about it more, it would be nice to get away and concentrate on my career and try something different, enough though it's only 40 miles away.
So shortly after the conversation with Joe, Judy the recruiter called me for an interview!

The interview with Judy today was alright initially. She was prepping and telling me what the hiring manager was expecting. Same old shit. She was also saying that there was a lot of growth opportunity and the compensation is definitely competitive. It's a relatively small investment firm so I would be handling all aspects of HR. Judy was meeting all of my desires. But there's just something I don't like about recruiters... they're the salesmen of HR!

In class this evening, we had a group exercise where we had to draw what characterized "team" using symbols only, no words. I drew this awesome picture and was elected to present it for the team. After the presentation, Sandy pointed out to the whole class that there was the word "Box" on the box i drew. I was embarrassed. I should have followed the directions more carefully.
